1. Course Purchases
All payments for individual course purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed the course description, prerequisites, and learning outcomes.
Digital content (including videos, guides, and downloadable resources) is immediately accessible upon payment.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if:
Technical issues prevent access to the course, and our support team cannot resolve them within 7 business days.
The course content materially differs from its advertised description.
2. Subscription Memberships
For monthly subscription plans:
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Payments for the current month are non-refundable; you will retain access until the subscription period expires.
To cancel: Log in to your account, navigate to "Billing," and follow the cancellation instructions.
3. How to Request a Refund
Eligible refund requests must:
